Most job candidates are poorly prepared for job interviews. They are often not equipped with the right interview skills to successfully manage the interview process. With the current tough job market it is more important than ever to have the right interview skills to impress as the best person for the job opportunity.
Employability is a combination of several skills, abilities, knowledge, competencies and capabilities that enable individuals to get employment and be successful in their professional careers. It helps them individually as well as professionally.

Interview based training on Verbal & Non verbal communication will be provided with real time role plays. |

The cardinal objective of an HR interview is to determine the potential job performance of an applicant based on the answers that they give to questions. Focus on behavior & Comprehension will be monitored, keeping this on mind commonly asked HR questions will be discussed in this module to open up the minds of the freshers to have a clear view about the questions asked. |
